HSE considerations are not only important during development or operational phase but also need to be incorporated during conceptualization and design phase. Importance and role of HSE function has increased immensely. Many factors have contributed to it including more extensive & stringent regulatory requirements, better enforcement & huge penalties, increased complexity of operations & sensitive environments, accountability, stakeholder expectations etc.
This conference and exhibition will provide an excellent platform for stakeholders from the industry to build partnerships and share knowledge in the field of HSE. I am confident that the event will provide a great opportunity for knowledge sharing and discussion around best practices that will further contribute to the creation of a proactive and dynamic safety culture in the workplace. The well apt theme of the conclave “Shaping HSE Culture amidst Global Challenges” will focus towards the paradigm shift in transforming HSE culture, making business processes state-of-the-art, maintaining safety and sustainability in parallel.

Prayas Ek Aur Kadam, in short PEAK, is that one extra step forward which leads to success. Everyone to be an achiever must remain focused to derive success and remind self resolve (sankalp) to keep willing to put forth that one more effort to attain the inner satisfaction.
What is Success all about? The word success is very much relative. It is about the effort made by you to remain focused, persistent and patient. It is about your perseverance in the wake of challenges. It is about how much content and joy you are getting from your own life and that how grateful you are towards your life. Such a holistic success infuses energy into your life and into the life of others around you. Successful persons are not different from others, only their mental disposition is different. They believe more in ‘Yes, I can’ than ‘No, I Cannot’. They believe in PEAK – Prayas Ek Aur Kadam. One Step closer...to Success.
